  • I had put off an oil change a thousand miles and was trying to get taken care of ASAP on my way home from work on a particularly productive day. Sun Devil Auto couldn't get me in, and I found Joe's just a couple blocks away. The guys were able to get me in on the spot, and were able to do it in about 30 minutes. While under the car they noticed that my motor mount was really busted, and the rubber inside was cracked. I didn't know what a motor mount was, but they actually brought me under the car and showed me the crack with a flashlight. They didn't put any pressure on me, told me how long it had, and gave me a price estimate. I opted to get it taken care of rather than weight. They had the part ordered and ready by the next day. Dropped my car off in the morning and was ready by afternoon. I thought they were really nice, helpful and didn't try to sell me any BS. Not the cheapest oil change in town, but for repair I would come back
