** THIS REVIEW IS IN REGARDS TO MY EXPERIENCE AT THE STRATOSPHERE BOX OFFICE NOT ABOUT THE MJ LIVE SHOW **
We purchased tickets via Groupon to see the 7pm show on Wednesday September 7th but due to an emergency we weren't able to watch it. First and foremost I would like to extend a HUGE thank you to Gloria, Brad, and Daniel. One of my friends realized she lost her phone when we walked into the theater to watch the show. Everyone working at the Box Office that day really went out of their way for as to make sure we find this phone. Daniel even went as far as releasing our seats so that we could get a refund for the show since we weren't able to watch it. Gloria offered her phone to us to try to locate the phone and Brad helped track our steps. We eventually found out that my friend left it in the Lyft. Lyft Customer Service was such a headache to deal with, but this is not the place to talk about that. But thank you to Gloria, Daniel and Brad for really going out of their way for us. And even though it was very stressful since we had a flight to catch in 3.5 hours, we will always be grateful for the kindness that was shown to us by you all during the last few hours of our Vegas trip.
