| - TL;DR: great massage, but I would probably not come here again because of the bad overall experience I had.
This is the first time I've been here, but it isn't my first foot spa. I went here with my friend the day after EDC. It was a little busy. People were walking all over the place and I wasn't sure if they were workers or customers. My friend and I went into the room, the lady spoke on the phone very loudly and yelling at some people within the facility.
They asked what we wanted and we said we wanted the $36 massage. She asked if we wanted oil and hot stone for $4 more and we said sure. We were waiting in the room for 20 minutes and finally they put our feet in water. They kept apologizing and said they were busy, which was fine.
The massage was great. After all the raving, my body wasn't sore. What I didn't like was the constant interruption and the loudness. You can hear everyone coming into the store. When someone would come in, the lady would stop the massage and talk to them loudly. There was even a homeless person who walked in and made a scene.
When we finished, our bill was $45. I don't know how a $40 massage added $5 more dollars, but it did. On top of that, they have a chart on how to tip them. $10 if it was okay, $15 if it was good, $20 if it was awesome, etc. I gave them $20 because the massage was great and I felt bad about the chaos. Honestly, I would have only given them a $10 for the poor experience. They had the audacity to look at me and question my tip. They wanted me to tip more.
