  • Very good! Updated to 5-stars. My only suggestion is the crust needs to be cooked just a bit more or at least in a hotter oven perhaps? It is just a little bit too flimsy. A better char on the bottom would help--though it is still better than most any other place as is... I'd call it a close 2nd to NYPD crust. But here they don't skimp on the toppings, so it makes up for it.
