I still have not received a single phone call from Strong Young Movers insurance company regarding my loss of property on 11/7/2011.
I also let the owner know that my iPad was wiped once the person that stole it powered it on and tried to access my work email account. So much for the item being misplaced as I was told by the owner when I reported it stolen to him on the 7th.
I do not trust this company and it's employee's and caution you to check out their business status on the CA.GOV Public utilities commission website, it currently states that their Household Goods Permit was Revoked on - 12/01/2011
Also, if you have a problem with them and need to contact their insurance company, be aware, they do not respond to you. It has been over a month since I opened a claim with the insurance carrier and have not yet received a single call back.
I will now be reporting this company to the BBB in regards to this issue.
