| - A terrible experience encountered here in last year of summer when my brother attempted to buy a car from here. We knew from the getgo what car we wanted, no needed to test drive, ready to negotiate. The salesperson insisted that we went for a test drive anyways just to look good for him and waste some time. Upon returning, this salesman didn't know how to operate the system program that he was using to fully conduct the sale, which then called upon a more senior rep to assist us with the sale.
After finally getting all of the paperwork signed in about 2-3 hours of time, we noticed that something was off on the contract when we got home and then we confronted about the issue. A rebate that we were qualified to get based on the salesman's comments, the finance manager stated to accuse us, the customers, that we were trying to loophole a system. Appalled by this response, we defended that it was the salesman's interpretation given to us that we proceed a certain way only for that Finance Manager to rightly call everyone in the office and also put his employee on the spot by asking him "Did you say so-and-so to the customer?" Obviously, the employee to protect his own employment would only have to agree with what the manager said and was coerced to answer differently.
Overall it has been the most unpleasant experience especially when they tried to get out of their way to threaten with taking legal action against the customer. Quite honestly, this dealership deserves to be reported and audited by the OMVIC consistently as their quality of what they represent for a dealership is absolutely worse than a 1 star rating.
