  • I went to get a quick oil change and top off my fluids and check my lights. After my oil change that they say was complete, they let me leave property with absolutely NO BRAKE LIGHTS!!! And also handed me a list of things that needed to be done on my car due to wear and tear/broken parts for $1800. and in the list brake lights did not need to be fixed?!.. I ended up taking my car to the dealership and handing them the list Meineke gave me, they reviewed everything, saying that a few of the parts that Meineke said were broken or in good condition but many places like to bundle one broken part with a non-broken part because they can charge more and they say they are bundling packages. After reviewing everything my dealership had to redo the oil change that was done incorrectly by Meineke (dealership did it for free) and also fixed a few other areas charging me $400 I feel a lot safer with the dealership doing it and with the correct parts and it was four times cheaper. Meineke doesn't care about your car and the safety of you and your loved ones their bottom line is money and will do whatever shady thing needs to be done to get it. A huge concern is how do you let someone leave property with no brake lights that should've been checked during the so-called oil change that is a liability waiting to happen and possible lives! I will never again go to any Meineke
