  • I don't want them to have one star. They screw you so bad. Thought they were great . Fast, professional, until they left and I saw my white leather futon upstairs. They wrapped everything but this. They tied rope to secure it to the inside wall of the truck, and now it is ripped all over. They won't file a claim because I signed the money paper. That's where they get you. Don't fall for their trap because you get what you pay for. I called 4 times to talk to a claims person and no one would call me back. Then they finally transferred me to a sales person. Honestly - I think its the same receptionist. Remember 2 men $49 and a truck - it took 1 1/2 hours to load and 1 hour to unload (1 hour trip) I had to pay $375. I really thought they did a wonderful job and I tipped $80 - then I went up after they left and saw my couch. I can't fix it. They won't do anything - so DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. I'm filing with the BBB as well.
