  • This is not a flashy, beautiful restaurant. But the Gollo Burro! Come on, it's perfect! Green chili, pinto beans, cheese, awesome tortilla with melted butter on top... So, so delicious! The chips and salsa are good, and the servers do a great job. I think the Gollo Burrito is my favorite Mexican food item in the Valley. (Or at least tied with the carne asada quesadilla at Backyard Taco.) I'll never order anything else here!
