  • DONT BUY FROM THESE IDEAL CARS!!!!!!!!!Horrible...I paid cash...in full. I traveled from California to see this Impala these guys had for sale. When I got there my sales rep was not there, no one had any history on the car, very uninformed sales team if you ask me. Car started up perfectly no problem. I asked these guys to make sure the fluids were topped off and oil was changed, of course they said OKAY...I paid to have to car transported. When I got the car, they couldn't get the car off the transport truck due to a faulty carburetor. 800 dollars later, I replace the carb and plugs. Looked at the oil...BLACK AS TAR!! Mark...The owner of the venue told me he would send me a check for the lemon he sold me...still waiting...he is a stone liar! These guys ( Mark, Mark, and Mark) are low level used cars salesman preying on the loose ends of Mesa Arizona. Don't trust these cats...they are not men of their word. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the carb and plugs. If i didn't love the 1965 Impala so much and didn't live so far away I would make them eat every bit of 16 grand I paid to those blood sucking A$$holes! I didn't even hassle them...I gave them their asking price...which makes my blood boil. I was straight up with them and they totally took advantage of me while my back was turned. I think they took the old carb out after they put it on the truck and put in a f'd up rebuilt piece of garbage which i later had to replace. Dont trust this dealership at all....go watch the movie "Used Cars"...That is exactly what you get. Dishonest, Garbage men that go to church...God doesn't like liars!! DONT BUY FROM THESE IDEAL CARS!!!!!!!!! ZERO star rating If you want to make this right...Mark...you know where to find me.
