  • Absolutely awful. On the display to find your name it had our name displayed and next to it was SEE DESK. As a Gold member you would think she he process would be faster... nope. What a waste of time. Waited in line for over 15 minutes then the agent didn't even know why it said SEE DESK. Turns out the agent next to him said maybe it's the boosters.... really? Wait in line for boosters when they are usually placed in the car. No thanks! Leaving the garage took an eternity as well.... ugh!!
