  • I found this apartment complex online when I was searching to move from Michigan. The apartment itself is very nice, if you have a maintenence request they fix it the same day (I've only had two requests in a year). The reason we are moving is location. Just no one really our age, early 20's, pretty much all families or upper middle age. The parking spaces are very small as previously mentioned. The pool is being resurfaced and they recently bought new furniture so I'm sure it will be absolutely beautiful! The outside grills are great and half are brand new! Fitness center is tiny and not great machines. Office staff is great, very friendly and willing to work with you. I feel very safe, it's right downtown near the police station, fire station, library and post office. Overall great place if this is the area you are looking for!
