  • Thank you John Mather and service team! We were in Platteville and had a blown fuse so our phone chargers were not working. Onstar routed our call to John at zimbrick Buick and we stopped in on our way to the airport. They replaced the fuse in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way! John gave us perfect directions and had already diagnosed the problem by the time we got there! Both Onstar and Zimbrick kept us On schedule to pick up our friends on time and able to get our phones charged.
