rev:text	I have lived here since June 2016 and I have loved every moment. My neighbors are great, the community is beautiful and that office staff are on another level (and I've had some issues where they have gone above and beyond). It's on the pricey side but I keep telling myself that it's worth it haha. I don't think I will ever have the same experience at another complex. I'm sure I'll look back and hate San Sonoma in my basic and dark apartment. Like, who even goes to the pool in other apartment buildings? It really feels like you are on a resort here. And one thing I have really noticed is the amount of natural light I can get in my apartment. I love that. Sunshine is wonderful, makes your soul and sunbathing dogs happy. On top of that, the sun blinds are really good so you can block everything pretty well if needed. I came from California and was looking for apartments specifically in the Ahwatukee area, and omg, have you seen the scorpion pictures on yelp???? Like, people have pictures of them on shower curtains . And no lie, I was scared because a) I'm close by Ahwatukee and b) it's a new complex so the dirt is stirred up. No scorpions here! Or any other pests really. Was seeing silverfish when I first moved in but they have disappeared... my dogs also kept getting ticks (which I have never had an issue with before (maybe find 1 a year, if that)) but might just be an Arizona summer thing). I'm just adding this note due to the fact that pests were my only deal breaker and I was using yelp to investigate this, prior to moving here. It would be nice to have the valet trash service as optional.
