This is a wonderful place to bring out of towners and show off Old Montreal. It's in a beautiful part of town and serves fresh homemade baked goods and a great lunch menu. It gets busy at lunch times. It's casual, bustling and you have to wait in line for a table at peak times. So not quite the place to go if you're in a rush for lunch.
It's a little on the pricier side for an everyday lunch but I guess you're paying for the location and the freshness, so it's justified :)
I love to bring out of towners here for an off-peak lunch or a brownie snack.
