  • Terrible waited 1 and 1/2 hours before getting waited on, while employees wandered around store and went into the back room. Only one employee waiting on people after first hour 3 more emerged from back room. Finally got waited on. All the guy wanted to do is get me to upgrade my phone and service. Not why I went to the store. Finally bought a new phone. Now after paying $30.00 for to activate my new phone I no longer have text messaging. Had to call Verizon was told text was turned off during activation, they turned it back on. Won't be back to that store.
