Been here multiple times and is very consistent in quality. This recent visit we ordered:
Fried Wontons - Ok....only was ordered to get the people that don't really fuck with thai food to get comfortable...
Tom Yum Kai - Fire! Getting a 4 on the spice level should be comfortable enough for everyone. A 4 translates to maybe a 5 or 6 for solid foods...A lemony, savory broth with heat. Chicken & Shrimp a plus too....
Roasted Duck Curry - Don't really fuck with duck but was a solid dish
Chicken Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) - Ever since I had drunken noodles I don't really fuck with pad thai anymore...
Pineapple Fried Rice - Hint of curry for savoriness and pineapple for hint of sweetness bringing this umami flavor to the dish.
Garlic Prawns - Must get item everytime. Shell and meat are seperated with it both being deep fried. The shell is edible and similar to shrimp chips as far as taste....
Each dish was done extremely well and with a huge menu where you can't go wrong with anything this place warrants a debatable title of best thai restaurant in Las Vegas if not the U.S.
