  • Today afternoon, I went to the Jordan store to return some products but the cashier handling the business was extremely unprofessional. Even though there were people waiting, she didn't seem to care. I felt like she was enjoying to see people wait for her precious chit chat time. After waiting and waiting, I got a chance to return. She was supposed to give me $215 cash but when I checked, I realized she gave me $205. I notified her that she owed me $10 but the carelessness was all I received. After waiting and waiting, she decided to check the cash, realized her mistake, then proceeded to pay me the remaining $. As I was getting my money back, I asked her "Is MJ your favorite athlete?" She goes "No!" then just walks off lol. I was so baffled of her behavior it's not even funny at this point. I can't give less than 3 though because 1. this is my favorite brand. 2. other employees seemed really cool. I've always had a great time chatting with them except her. If you're a huge AJ and basketball fan in general, you should definitely go check this place out. There's a 2nd floor and it's a gym. I'm not sure if you could workout there but you can check it out. Just ask one of the employees.
