  • New management states that the rooms will be renovated soon! Staff is very friendly and I thoroughly loved the visit. Free wifi, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. There is a huge selection for the free hot breakfast buffet and the food is great. In the evening, the diner has happy hour drinks and discounted food. I enjoyed a pot pie and caramel drizzling on sweet potato fries. My family used the nice tennis court hidden on the far side of the parking garage. Rackets are available at the front desk. The amenities also include a pool, kiddo play area, sand volleyball, and a fitness center. The Wyndham is close to a convenience store and the metro tram which took us to the diamondback's stadium. The downfalls of the property location were finding a syringe on the tennis court and some people in a dark parking lot across the street from the Wyndham. However, I informed the front desk and those issues were resolved. Every staff member was kind from the manager Ted at the front desk to the nighttime bartender/manager to the breakfast busser, etc. As for the rooms, the bathroom was very nice with fresh white towels and the main room was comfortable. The rooms and hall areas are needing some renovations as I saw stains on the carpets. Knowing the new management has renovation plans in progress, I've decided the overall experience was a 5 star! The staff was great, the amenities are wonderful, and the buffet was delicious!
