  • Their wait times are terrible. Staff were very slow at their job. It literally took over 20 minutes to help out one guest. Awful. I was looking at other companies lines move faster and get people out of the rental port. When I am on vacation or business I don't have hours to spare standing in line. It took us over 2.5 hours to get out of the airport with a rental car. Your service is terrible and we will be going somewhere else next time or not renting a car period. Not worth the $ or time.
