  • I had my first appointment with Dr Chen earlier today. I haven't been to a Dermatologist in a few years because I was unhappy with the care I have received at previous Dermatologist offices. I was extremely impressed by the care I received from Dr Chen she took her time to explain to me exactly what was going on with me (she explained specifically what happens with psoriasis) along with a detailed explanation with how the medicine she prescribed works. Dr Chen clearly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The office staff members were also great! Like any dermatologist, there was a significant wait to get in for my first appointment. *I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the address the office is in an older, very small medical complex. I noticed another reviewer said the same thing, but the quality of care was great and building aesthetics are not very important.
