  • I purchased a vehicle recently and the auto dealership financed my loan through TruWest - big mistake! I've been trying to set up for online payments for a week and still can't get the service to work properly. My last name was spelled incorrectly on my account and my email account wasn't even accurate. I finally managed to set up my outside bank account in an effort to transfer money to my TruWest loan, but after going through the verification steps, my outside account doesn't even show up. Needless to say, stay away from TruWest if you can help it!
