I went on a mini quilt hop while visiting my best friend in Vegas. Of the three quilt stores I visited, this store was my least favorite. The fabric is beautiful. But what it lacks is friendliness. Zero personality.
I walked in and was not greeted. Several of the staff were huddled around one customer, yacking it up. Not one person approached me. Not one. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes.
The sad part, I was in the mood to buy. Probably spent well over a hundred plus dollars at the other two shops, which are beautiful and so staff friendly.
Maybe it was an off day. Will visit one more time later in the year. But for now, my review stands firm. Greet your clients. Make them feel welcomed. I may have been the customer who wanted to buy a new 790 Plus Bernina.
