  • Just don't waste your time. Their front desk staff is a nightmare and their office manager Amanda is all over the place. All of this makes pricing, scheduling and anything having to do with her unpleasant. I have been working with them for 5 months on a treatment plan back and forth between dentist and ortho. I talk to her every 12 days and each time I speak with her she is clueless to where we left off, gives entirely different information and costs from the time before and it is a mess. I have never felt like a dental office is more "out for the money" than this office.After spending so much time with them and so much money, they ultimately couldn't even deliver on the treatment plan that we had all worked toward for 5 months, which I have a feeling they knew before having me waste time, effort, money and time off work on.
