  • Currently sitting in the Mandalay Bay Johnny Rockets. This place is horrible. 3 out of 4 burgers ordered were pink and inconsistently cooked. The staffed claimed that this is their normal cook even as the lady standing next to me is showing them her rock hard burger. We also had a problem with our drinks. Ordered 3 Pepsi's. They have us Root Beers. After trying to get this fixed we still got Root Beer! Asked to speak with the Manager, but they never showed.
