rev:text	Amazing. Micdrop. From someone who is in the industry and is extremely particular about what I put in my body this place did not disappoint, and in fact, impressed. I primarily eat fish and I had the kabobs with shrimp and ahi. Ahi has to be perfectly cooked to temperature and the chef did this. This was my "cheat meal" as far as nutrition and it was well worth it. The cornbread had bacon (but large pieces so I could avoid it), the chipotle mashed potatoes were Fuego (no pun intended), and the creamed corn was off the chain. To be honest this food was just overall amazing and everyone in my party agreed. I don't know if you can call me a foodie but again I am super particular and have worked in many places that take great pride in their product and Fuego Bistro I see you! Jesus our server was right on point and super patient with us and our needs! Right on bro! Thanks to all the staff- I can't wait to see you again. You made my night off amazing!
