ZERO STARS!!!Worst Customer service ever! Leslie at the front desk, from the moment we walked in didn't bother to greet as (to give you a visual my husband was wearing a cervical collar on his neck due to the accident he was involved in). We were late for our appointment. While we understand that we were late for our appointment and did not mind being rescheduled what was unacceptable was Leslie's approach. Leslie did not let us speak instead she immediately barked to us if we were with GEICO, when we confirmed that we were, she followed it with rolling her eyes and a very loud belittling tone, needless to say Leslie was totally not in tune with the physical pain that my husband was experiencing while bracing a cervical collar, instead Leslie demanded that we call our insurance and stated that we most likely would have to be rescheduled. Again it wasn't the rescheduling that was an issue, it was Leslie's attitude towards us because she made sure that she retaliated back to us for being late with her rolling eyes and belittling tone from that moment on. Leslie could have made it a good experience for us even through a rescheduling process; however she chose to punish us for being late with rolling eyes and belittling attitude; totally unacceptable! Rightfully so we chose to take our business elsewhere.
