rev:text	I really did not want to give a bad review and hate to, but I also don't want someone to have to experience that I did. I couldn't have been more disappointed in my experience here and tried to even give it a second chance. I found this place on yelp and trusted in the many good reviews I saw, but boy did I make a mistake... Upon visiting Andrea I needed a removal of my prior set which was almost gone as is and a full set... this was the most uncomfortable and painful experience... the product used to remove my lashes burned my eyes so badly! Upon telling her she mentioned yeah I know and kept using more... I had to take a break mid removal and told her I needed to wash out my eyes I could barely open my eyes they hurt so bad.. not to mention I wear contacts. My eyes were SO red and irritated I had to remove my contacts at my appointment. She did not say much about how irritated my eyes were or how uncomfortable I was and kept on with using more of the liquid remover.. The lashes I had on prior were length 14 I told her specifically I wanted them slightly shorter and more curled. I even showed her a picture of the ideal look I was trying to achieve. During adding lashes to my new set she pinched my eyelid so hard that my right eye would not stop watering. She then made a comment about how it was hard to get the inner corners because my eye was so watery. I really just wanted to be done at this point and was hoping that with this whole experience being as unpleasant as it was at least I'd have beautiful lashes! When she finished up and I looked at my lashes i was in complete shock by how short they were. I was so upset that something that took as long as it did looked like I had nothing done! They were the length of my real lashes and when looking at them you'd have never known a full set was just put on.. I told her I did not want them that short and asked what length she used and she said 9, she took me from a 14 to a 9! The only reason why I didn't give this place 1 star was because when I followed up with her about how upset I was with the turnout of my lashes she offered to schedule me to redo them at no charge to get the look I wanted which I was happy about however very hesitant after my first experience. With all this I thought you know I will give her a second chance. The second and last time I went in was just as bad as the first she used a remover that I'm sure was the same thing as the first one that again burned my eyes beyond belief even after telling her multiple times how sensitive my eyes were and how much it hurt. We went through pictures of what I wanted so I thought for sure this time we had it. Nope.. the appointment was SO long. While she got the length right my lashes looked as though they were barely filled and like two weeks had gone by and I was in need of a fill. What was worse with this time was she did the lash so close against my eyelid that I have been in so much discomfort due to the artificial lash pulling against my own! I feel like my natural lashes are ruined and so thin. I've had my lashes done over the last 3 years by different individuals and never had this type of frustration or discomfort.. I'm at the point where I'm afraid to even continue on with my extensions. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone! I really do not want someone going through the same type of discomfort as I have.
