  • I had a WONDERFUL experience with Sunnyside Toyota when fixing my car. I am from NYC and was with my family on a road trip in July 2017 driving our Toyota Sienna 2011 on I-80 when it broke down. I simply had to call my insurance company and they gave me a free tow and free courtesy car ride to the dealer. The wait time was over two hours but it was definitely worth it. Inside the dealer, there was complimentary water, and complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and tea made hot from a self-serve hot beverage maker. The great thing about though was that there was no limit! So for the whole two hours, I could drink as much coffee or tea or hot chocolate or water as I wanted to. They even had a private children's section where our kids could be kept without bugging us WHILE still in our supervision and can watch TV and charge they phones. They was also a big main TV in the dealer with comfortable seats facing the TV and you can change the channel without even getting up from your seat! When they gave the car to us, they said that they THEY would cover the cost!!! I could not tell you how much I would recommend this place because it is just that good. To be honest, I am happy that our car broke down! Big thumbs up to the people in Sunnyside Toyota for making a great memory for our road trip!!!
