  • I was in the market to replace my aging HVAC system and found AC Guys on Yelp. They set an appointment within 5 days of my call, which is really good in comparison to the guy with the free flash light(3 weeks out but that's a different yelp with several less stars). Lou from AC guys came to my home and gave everything a quick inspection then gave me a fair honest quote. I gave him the opportunity to up sell me on air scrubbers,seal tests, duct cleaning, you name it. He didn't try to up sell me, and basically said the same things another vendor had said. I really appreciated the honesty. In the end, it was a hard decision and came down to a personal reference, but I didn't pick AC Guys to install my new HVAC system. That being said, I'm 100 percent sure I would have been satisfied with the end result and service, had I chosen them. In any case thank you Lou and Tom for your time and professionalism.
