  • This place used to be serious drain on my wallet, but over the last year or so, it's kind of tailing off. I'm not sure what's happened in the store, but I think maybe they've realized it's a giant toy-store for well-heeled adults and reckoned that they don't actually need much by way of customer service. Sorry, but if I have to trail all through the store for 15 minutes to find someone who can help me (because the couple of folks on the floor already have a line of customers looking for help), only to get some lame, un-empowered whelp who can't help me at all, I'm out. Golfsmith and online for me, henceforth...
