  • These guys are amazing! We happened to run into them at a bridal show and I'm so glad we did. We were pricing out rings and checking many jewelers, but none of them really stood out. And we WILL NOT ever shop at Zales again because of how shitty their service is so we wanted to find a privately owned place to do our business. We came in to get my engagement ring custom made and they were super friendly and knew exactly how I wanted my ring to look and were able to come up with a rendering that was perfect. I'm a difficult person when it comes to something this special and a lot of times, people have a hard time picturing what it is that I want, but not them. They listened to every detail I was looking for and brought it to life. I can't wait until the special day and I actually get to see my ring in person and show it off to all of my friends. They are great at working with you and making sure that you are absolutely in love with what you're buying. No idea is too big or too small for them. They take the time to get to know you, to understand what exactly you're looking for and what your budget is, to make the experience a good one. There's no pressure in salesmen trying to sell you stuff. They talk to you like a person, not just someone who wants your money. And they're very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I learned so much more about the different kinds of diamonds there are, I would hands down recommend them!
