| - I had an appointment with them 9/7/2013, other than the fact that it took more than 3 weeks for me to get the appointment and their pricey service, what irritates me most is their attitude.
So my appointment was at 12:30 with Brenda, and I left early so I can be there on time. At 12:15 I was 2 blocks away while a tow truck blocked the road. I waited and waited it just wasn't moving. So I decided to take a detour and called them telling them that I was running late because of the tow truck, they said OK that's fine.
There were some constructions going on around the area so I was already frustrated when they call me at 12:45 and told me if I can't be there in 5 min they'll have to reschedule my appointment. I explained why I was late and I was only 5 min away, they didn't seem to care much. I got there at 12:50 and I walked in the salon. They looked at me and said, we are sorry but we can't do an overall highlights for you today any more because you are late. But if you want to we can do a partial highlights instead. And the scheduling girl look at the clock said, "it's 12:52" (and honestly this is the part that upset me most, because I did get there at 12:50, 2 minutes could have easily passed while we were talking, and of course this is very rude and offensive given that what I have been through)
First of all, if they knew there was not going to be enough time for my service at 12:50 then why did they tell me to be there at 12:50? Secondly, there was no other customer there at the time so I don't understand why they can't work things around. I had a haircut there once before and I waited 20 minutes for my service. So are they saying that it's OK for me to wait for 20 minutes but their time is more precious than mine?? Lastly, I did not mean to be late and I really did tried, even if they can't make the appointment any more there is no need to be rude.
To sum up I will not go back to this place any more and I do not recommend anyone else to become their customer. They do a decent job but they are not THAT good to be treating others like that.
