rev:text	VERY IMPORTANT: I have not even moved in yet and this place and its a disaster! I had an apartment reserved and everything 3 days before my move in they now inform me that the apartment is a wheelchair accessible apartment and that they didn't know until the tenet moved out that they had made modifications to the apartment. but the tenet moved out 2 WEEKS AGO and they just tell us. The ceiling was low you had to bend over to reach the sink I'm only 5'5 and i could easily touch the ceiling.Then my roommate has to spend the WHOLE DAY trying to get us another apartment and they try giving us another apartment but more expensive and we aren't going to pay more money then they promised we were going to pay. So instead of a ground level apartment I had to take a 3rd floor apartment with the same price. I thought okay everything is handled great! WRONG I get an email AFTER THEIR LEASING HOURS saying that they will be closed tomorrow due to a community activity. THEY ARE CLOSED THE DAY I NEEDED TO MOVE IN AND DIDN'T TELL ME UNTIL AFTER I COULD'NT TALK TO ANYONE. I thought well luckily I have the phone number of Kenia, who was the lady working with us. I send her a text very politely understanding that she is off work but I need to understand what the deal is with tomorrow considering she gave me confirmation f my move in date and it was the date on the lease. Having an iphone and the fact that Kenia had one too I could tell she read my message and then chose to ignore it. So I called it went to voice mail and I called a couple more times and she was SENDING me to voicemail. at least if you are going to screw me over have the balls to tell it to my face. So if you are looking to buy an apartment here save your time energy and money and go somewhere else.
