  • When I originally contacted this company it was through text message, I was quoted $145.00 to wall mount my 47 inch TV and the price included the wall mount and for them to hide all cables. After setting an appointment the guy asked for a good number to reach me, I told him either the number that I was texting from or a secondary number which I gave him. The day of the appointment he called the first number two minutes before he was suppose to be at my house. The first number I gave him had the ringer shut off and I had forgotten to turn it back on so when he called he didn't get an answer and he didn't leave a message, however I did leave him a second number to call but he didn't call and just moved on to his next appointment. By the time I realized I had missed his call 18 minutes had passed so I called him back but I got his voice mail so I left a message. After sitting around for several hours he finally called back and told me that because I didn't answer his call he went to his next appointment. So because he didn't call the second number I gave him or leave a message telling me he went to his next appointment I sat and wasted my whole day waiting just for him to blame me and say he'd have to reschedule for another day. I told him that he'd have to give me a better price to compensate for my wasted time so he said he'd give me 10% off the price. We set a new appointment but he got his truck towed at a job he was doing before my appointment and told me to make up for all the inconvenience he would do the job for free. However when he got to my house he said he'd have to use longer HDMI cables for the job and charged me $100.00 for 3 cables that I could have bought at Walmart for about $30.00. When I asked what exactly I was being charged $100.00 for he came up with "well we had to do this and we had to do that" then he said that because he had to do "this and that" it normally would have cost a total of $328.00 but not once did he tell me with his original quote that the price might be more if he had to do anything else, so even though he told me $145.00 it would have ended up costing me $328.00 . However like I said, he told me it would be free but even though he said he'd do it for free he still charged me $100.00,  so really I paid $45.00 less than the original quote which is a great price for TV mounting however that does not seem free to me, if you tell someone free then it should be free and whatever price you quote someone then that should be the price. So please be aware of the fact that what ever price he quotes you, he'll find other things to charge you for and it will cost considerably more. Then when I paid him $100.00 cash he didn't want to give me a receipt, after I insisted he finally gave me a E-receipt. And on top of all that, when he reconnected the TV to the stereo he didn't plug it into the correct plug at the back of the TV and didn't leave enough slack in the cable to reach the correct plug on the back of the TV so I had to fix it myself. All said and done I would never recommend this company to anyone. Update: December 10th 2014. The over priced HDMI cables I was charged for didn't even last a year, I had to replace 2 out of the 3 I was charged for. Seems to me that these cables should last a lot longer for the price and considering they do not get unplugged. it's not as if they got worn out from being constantly unplugged, they stayed plugged in the whole time. You know the old saying "you get what you pay for" I paid for good cables so they should last longer which tells me that this company buys cheap cables then sells them at a higher price claiming they are good quality when they are not.
