  • Worst customer service I've ever had. I wish I got the lady nail techs name so I can call in advance to make sure she's not the only one available to do my nails. I literally just came back from this nail salon so I'll keep this short, First my nail tech forgot or I don't know that I wasn't getting acrylics and only gel so she had to put everything back, which mind you, I called in advance and said I was in a hurry how long will it take. Before she touches my nails, I tell her two of my nails are already shorter than I want so just file them to give them super square corners. SHE TURNS ON HER LAPTOP TO HER COOKING SHOW, PUTS ONE EARPHONE IN AND BEGINS. (So unprofessional!) I told her what length I wanted but she started cutting away, including the nails that I told her NOT to cut and ONLY file. So those become shorter. She then rounds the corners, I tell her I wanted them super straight, she sighs, and files the corners and tips, which made them even shorter. I wasn't taking any chances on the left hand so I pretty much told her what exactly to do up until she started painting my nails. My right hand came out great, left came out terrible. I'd post pictures if I can figure out how to. The entire time she was doing my nails she would glance over at her laptop for a few seconds. Didn't matter if she was in the middle of painting my nails or if she was waiting for them to dry. At the end, she charged me full price, $35. I never complain but this was the worst service so I HAD to say something. I told her nicely that I didn't tip her because of all the reasons I listed above but before I could get through my complaint and concerns she cuts me off and says "it's ok. I don't need a tip. It's ok." It's not ok. I wanted to tip her. I work in the industry were having poor customer service is unacceptable. I wasn't happy with it and all she would say was "it's ok" I tried to tell the manager about the situation as well but he rushed me saying he heard everything and he will talk to her. I really hope more training or a talk really does happen with this nail tech because I've really liked coming here in the past and would like to continue but I won't if customer service doesn't change. Nail salons are supposed to be relaxing, not frustrating.
