  • In my opinion, giving Chatime 1 star is more than they deserve. My first incident with Chatime was when I caught someone picking their nose while making my drink. I gave them a second chance and then found shards of glass in my drink - extremely disappointed about the customer service I received. I spoke with the CEO who did not seem to take the incident seriously. You have to have good customer service to run a business you hope to continue for years to come. Won't be returning here again.
