  • I don't often take time to write a review but I had to write this one. I feel terrible that I didn't take time write this a few months ago. I was in Phoenix with my daughter for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. I had rented a convertible for a day trip to Sedona through another provider. When we showed up that day (my birthday) to pick up the car and they had no record of my reservation and no car to give me. The sweet gentleman at that provider walked up and down to every other rental car place to see if they could help out. Alamo came through. Naima and Herman were exceptionally helpful and understanding. After a frustrating 45 minutes they had me out of there in a convertible within 15 minutes. They saved the day!!! Great customer service!!!!
