What happened to this hotel ? It used to be on the higher end scale and now it's almost at Excalibur level. The cocktail waitresses are rude, let me give you an example. The roulette table was full and I was waiting for a chip color to open up, meanwhile the cocktail girl comes up and asks if anyone wants beverages. I said yes, she right away asked- are you playing ? Uh, yea I have been for the last hour and right now I'm waiting for a spot to open up at this $25 min roulette table. She made a huge deal because I wasn't playing at that moment BUT was ok to take a drink order for some guys wife who was not even playing! She didn't get a tip. The hotel itself is very dated, the view was crappy, and they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Parking fee $18 a day. $39 resort fee. ONE PERSON working the check in line. Extra $22 for checking in 2 hours early. $30 rollaway bed fee. $15 Wi-Fi - wait wasn't this part of the resort fee? NOPE. $25 spa fee. Ridiculous. I just stayed at the Flamingo and they had so much better service and a beautiful room facing the High Roller wheel. No wonder your casino floor was empty ! This place needs a major re-vamp.
