  • Unfriendly and unprofessional. I never felt less welcome at a nail salon. No one ever greeted me or even smiled in my direction. My eyebrow wax was a disaster. She dripped wax on my face and hair, barely apologized, and missed lots of stray hairs. I had to clean up wax off my face and cut some of my hair off to get it out. Granted, I never had my nails done there, but I don't think I ever would because it felt like they could care less about my business.
