  • this guy was trying to "help" me with some passport forms. he kept talking over me, cutting me off and did not listen to my concerns. He takes me to a chick who tries to take charge of everything and has a nasty attitude. Then a handsome white man came in to rescue me and he told where to go and what to do. thank god for that sexy little white man. otherwise i'd be giving this place 1 star .
