I went to Go AZ on 8/19 to have a tire replaced on my 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Touring. I did not buy the bike from Go AZ however they informed me that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I thought no worries, I purchased my bike as a New dealer leftover from another dealer and it should be covered under Ducati's 2yr warranty which covers the battery for up to 6mo. I was horrified to find out that not only was the warranty expired, it had actually expired long before I purchased the bike back in June. This was never disclosed to me by the other dealer even after going for 1 service and 1 repair since purchase and all it took was a quick search by Justin from Go AZ to verify.
With no obligation to me as a customer from a competing dealer Spencer from Go AZ went above and beyond to replace the battery free of charge while the warranty nightmare is sorted out.
In addition to being "The Home of the Free Demo Ride" and a great place to hang out, Go AZ has shown their dedication to excellent customer service! If it wasn't for the deal I thought I got on this bike I would've surely purchased from them. It's a tough lesson to learn and I'm hoping the warranty issue is resolved soon.
