rev:text	I have been doing my treatments for 2 years - entire body! I have had ups and downs with this company but to sum it all up here's a little summary. I am very white and have black thick hairs, after about a year of going to my appointments i notice that I am not seeing my results... I mention it every time I go in for an appt and they say "well give it some time." How much time till i see something?! After doing a review and finally complaining the staff changes their attitude with me when i start walking in. I start feeling not as welcomed as i did before i complained to the top manager. I was scheduled with Simone Scheg after my complaint and she remembered me from when I first started coming in, she welcomed me with a huge smile and didnt let my complaint about my results get in the way of how she treated me. I went into depth with her about my results and she maked me feel sooo comfortable every time. When i am doing my treatments i tend to ask if they got a certain spot, although this may get annoying i am paying and want to make sure the right things are being done. A lot of times when i ask other laser techs they tend to show that they are annoyed - but thats because i do not feel like they are doing their very best. When i ask Simone many times if she did a certain area already or if she did it a certain way she doesnt seem bothered at all and tends to assure me that she will do her best with my treatment which is why i trust her with my appts now. I tend to get late appts usually before they close because of my profession, so with Simone I can walk into the room and trust that she will get every area i am paying for and take the time to do it. With others I feel they want to rush through it and finish so that they can go home. I have requested to cancel because of their horrible service and how long they took to take action to resolve my issue... with simone there taking care of my treatments i feel that i will get the best service and get what i should for what im paying for. She has the best attitude in the whole office and probably one of the brightest personalities i have ever seen. Just with her attitude she can make a person at ease when they are angry. She made me feel comfortable after walking into an office and feeling like it was high school all over again... i dont think women in that profession should have attitudes like that, but having a co worker like Simone they should learn a thing or two from her... Please make sure to recognize your tech Simone as she does truly deserve something for her wonderful work. I have sooo much more to say about her but dont want to bore anyone as my review has gotten too long. Just know that I would have kept fighting with the company for my cancellation if Simone didnt approach me with her mature and positive attitude to assure me that i will be taken care of. I have wasted 2 years and recommended many people and never have i ever gotten a company to be so unappreciative and so ignorant about my results... why should they hold off for a year and a half until they can actually do something. I feel the others that i have mentioned it too never wanted to take the time to find a solution. Simone always did and for that I want to thank her!
