  • Decent looking gym but shady business practices. I have been trying to cancel my personal training for months as I moved out of the area and have been unsuccessful at every turn. The personal trainer I signed up with stopped working with Smart Gym and I got no notification. He cancelled one of our scheduled sessions due to an emergency, went out of town and never returned to my knowledge. Here I am a year later still getting the run around from corporate and the gym as well. I wish I would've seen these other poor reviews before I joined.
