  • This place will bill your insurance for anything and everything they can to get as much money as possible out of them! They advertise a $39 cleaning, yet somehow it's over $800 when you get the breakdown of what they billed your insurance. So, your yearly cap is quickly used up! Their traveling oral surgeon and his staff are rude, incompetent and don't even offer follow-up appointments. He used non-dissolvable stitches, when I was told they were dissolvable. I had to go spend extra money at another office to have the stitches removed to prevent infection and make sure I was healing properly. $1800 for bone grafting and I find out at the new office he didn't even completely fill the pocket where one of my wisdom teeth was removed, so I will always have an indentation now. On top of all that, a dental assistant did my general anesthesia and the office staff claims that never could have happened because only the doctor is allowed to. To make my experience even worse, my appointment was schedule in the afternoon and I was not allowed to eat for 8 hours (this is normal pre-surgery practice). However, the dental assistant repeatedly made negative comments about my weight and told me I need to start eating because I look disgusting. Wow! Apparently being in shape is gross. Avoid this place like the plague and if you do visit, go over the billing with a fine tooth comb!
