  • re: "agent" Blake Adams While I am sure that there are many fine and upstanding realtors in your group, Blake doesn't represent you well in his dealings in our community. I had the unfortunate opportunity to see his crafty and shady nature up close and personal as my friend was on the "business end" of pushy, corner cutting, and unscrupulous maneuverings in a recent transaction. If you happen to come across a deal involving Blake, be warned that you should be very, very detailed in your review of his "contracts" and have fair warning that he will manipulate every possible angle to earn a buck at all possible speed with the expense being his integrity and your personal considerations. Blake puts on a good smile in the fashion and mode of a used car salesman who you are certain is not telling you everything you need to know. I couldn't recommend any transaction with Blake Adams as an agent.
