I had been to Zipps twice before last night, but only for appetizers and wings - which are solid. However, three people in our party ordered the pepper jack "focaccia". When it came to the table, I was pretty certain it was the wrong meal. Reason being, the "focaccia" bread came out looking nothing like any focaccia any of us had ever seen. That wouldn't have been a problem if it had tasted even remotely edible. It was undercooked, almost raw & transparent in some places - and unpaletable.
I'm leaving three stars because the beverages (tough to screw up) and the wings were fantastic. The service was less than stellar as when I mentioned the undercooked bread to the waitress she looked at me like I was an alien. So, no more trips to Zipps!
