| - good flavors, but not very moist. probably taste a lot better freshly baked.
we ordered a half-dozen cookies, oatmeal blueberry cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter porter, smores, classic chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, and yosef. total came out to $10.81.
wife ate the macadamia nut, chocolate chip, and yosef. I ate the rest. She reported the macadamia nut was lacking nuts and chocolate, the chocolate chip and yosef were both good. The blueberry cheesecake had really good flavor, as did the chocolate peanut butter, although it was a pinch away from being too salty for me, the smores was underwhelming and didnt really taste like much nor did it have any noticeable amount of additions to make it appear smores-y(chocolate chips, marshmallow, etc).. however the reasons for 3 stars is because each cookie was about 30 minutes away from being dried out and hard(except for the choc peanut butter) which is the most criminal offense you can commit in the land of cookie-making in my opinion.
The establishment had only been open for about an hour by the time we arrived but the cookies tasted like they were(and probably were) made hours before and left in open air.
I dont live in the charlotte area but I would try appalachia again in an attempt to confirm that made to order would be the way to get cookies from these folks.
