So far we have had an excellent stay! The staff is more than welcoming, friendly and really go the extra mile to accommodate you and your needs. Corainna Gonzalez is by far, especially for a 1st time Hospitality Host, well beyond her statue and this hotel should be very thankful to have her as an employee. She is respectful, more than helpful and does her job in a sophisticated manor. Kudos to Hotel Tempe and whom ever hired her...a definite attribute to your establishment! The same goes for Jose. I believe that is his name and I sincerely apologize if I am incorrect. My assumption is that he is the glue that holds the cleaning crew together. If he isn't..by God he should be! Talk about service with a smile and going out of your way. We asked to see a certain room. He was clearly busy and needed to finish his tasks before being at our unimportant requests. Instead of dealing with our demands he kindly stated that he had to take care of other issues, that he had no problems in fulfilling our request but it would just be a few minutes before he could do so. He stated that once he was finished he's knock on our door and take us then. I selfishly retired to our room thinking that would be that. And sure enough..30 mins later...Its Jose! Ready to proudly take is on a tour of the newly remodeled Hotel Tempe! If you ask me... Jose would be a sure thing in your hotel sales department and Miss. Corainna, with a little guidance, only because it's her 1st rodeo, would make a fantastic manager or even assistant to the General Manager! But who am I to say who belongs where and at any Hotel for that matter! Give an a raise! They deserve it! It's because of them and the way they present themselves..you have returning guests!
