After reading Stuart's review, we apparently werent the only ones charged twice by House Seats, due to a glitch in their system.
Purchased membership on cell phone, and the screen froze. Went to computer, and it showed that NO membership was purchased, so purchased a membership.
After 1.5 months, still no resolution in getting one of the memberships refunded to our credit card.
No phone number to call, so everything done via website.
We are told it is OUR fault, and refunods to credit cards are done in order received.
Horrible customer service and even worse business practices.
After membership expires, we will NOT be renewing.
Very disappointed with this company.
